Now here’s a little rumor that we’re desperately hoping will turn out to be true. According to a source close to Rich Johnston over at Bleeding Cool, it’s possible that DC Comics writer Jeff Lemire (Animal Man, Frankenstein Agent of S.H.A.D.E) may be preparing to take part in a new Bat-book that will feature all of the Robins in one single series, appropriately titled, The Robins. The supposed series would include Damian Wayne, Jason Todd, Tim Drake and Dick Grayson while featuring a lot less of their Dark Knight mentor.

Now take this story concept and throw in the writing skills of Jeff Lemire and this could easily have to potential to become a very exciting series for fans of the sidekick(s). Batman and Robin has clearly proven to audiences that the inclusion of multiple Robin characters in a single series can be a true pleasure to read and has us wishing that the dynamics between these characters would be explored in greater detail.

A series such as The Robins would be a dream come true for those wishing to read more. Would you be interested in seeing ‘the gang’ of Robins in their very own series while have Jeff Lemire as the writer to boot?
