Sandy Plunkett Returns to ‘The Rocketeer’ in New Anthology
Arriving in comic book stores next week, The Rocketeer Adventures 2 #1 helps launch a brand new series of short stories that began in the first anthology released last year. As an avid fan of the Rocketeer, the first anthology delivered some of the best storytelling for the character in years and was a surprise hit for most readers overall. With the launch of the second anthology, fans now have higher expectations for the upcoming tales and it looks like IDW will not disappoint with the first lead story arriving courtesy of Sandy Plunkett.

To mark the 20th anniversary of The Rocketeer film, John Banana released his own fan-made CGI short that helps celebrate the late Dave Stevens’ most beloved creation.
