EXCLUSIVE! Spider-men 5 variant cover by Pichelli and Rain
Todd McFarlane’s original cover artwork for 1990′s The Amazing Spider-Man #328 has just sold at auction for a record-breaking price at more than $657,000. Released in January 1990, the artwork graced the cover of McFarlane’s last issue in his long run of The Amazing Spider-Man and features Spider-Man launching an extreme uppercut to the Hulk’s midsection. This was the last Spider-Man cover that McFarlane illustrated before his Spider-Man title launched in August 1990.
